A diagnostic is the fastest way to get clarity on what actually needs to change — before committing to ongoing fees. It also gives us a complete picture of your situation before we scope the right advisory tier. Many brands start with a diagnostic and move directly into an Advisory Program within 30 days, with a credit applied.

Can we do both Staff Training and Brand Advisory?

Yes — and it's often the most effective combination. Advisory Programs include team participation and training sessions depending on the tier. If your brand needs dedicated staff coaching alongside channel strategy work, we structure engagements that cover both. Tell us about your team's situation in the questionnaire and we'll recommend the right structure.

When is payment due?

Payment is required before services begin. Monthly advisory subscriptions are billed at the start of each period. Diagnostic fees are paid in full before the engagement begins. We do not offer net terms or payment after services are rendered.

Can we upgrade or change tiers?

Yes. Advisory Program tiers can be changed at any monthly renewal point. If your situation evolves — catalog grows, a new channel challenge emerges, you add a team member who needs training — we adjust the engagement accordingly. Contact us to discuss any change before the next billing cycle.
