Payment Policy

Payment is required before services begin.

We do not offer net terms, invoicing after services are rendered, or payment upon completion. All advisory subscriptions must be active and current before each period of service begins. Project engagements require payment as specified in the engagement letter — with a minimum due before work starts.

If your organization requires net terms or invoice-based payment, we are not the right fit. This policy protects the quality and consistency of our work.

Before you choose a tier.

What does "advisory" actually mean?

Advisory means we guide and educate — you execute. We help you understand what's happening in your account, why it's happening, and what to do about it. We don't log into your account and manage it for you. This keeps you in control and builds internal capability over time.

Which tier should I start with?

Most sellers starting out choose Essentials to get oriented and build a baseline. Growth is the most popular tier for sellers actively working through specific challenges. If you're unsure, book a strategy call and we'll tell you honestly which tier fits your situation — or whether an engagement rather than a retainer is the right starting point.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Programs are month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel. We don't lock you into long contracts — we'd rather earn your continued engagement than require it.

Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?

Yes. You can move between tiers at any monthly renewal point. Many sellers start at Essentials or Growth and move up as their situation becomes more complex or their revenue grows.

What if I need something beyond a retainer?

Project-based engagements are available for specific situations — a full account audit, a 90-day strategy build, a selling model transition. These are separate from the advisory programs and scoped individually. Talk to us about what you're trying to accomplish.

What is Private Advisory for?

Private Advisory is for sellers with more complex situations — multiple accounts, larger catalog, team that needs training, or needs that go beyond what a standard program covers. The scope is customized in a consultation before the program starts.

When is payment due?

Before services begin — always. Monthly advisory subscriptions are billed at the start of each period. Project engagements require payment as specified in the engagement letter, with a minimum paid before work starts. We do not offer net terms or payment after services are rendered.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card and ACH bank transfer through our payment processor. Subscriptions are managed through MemberSpace with Stripe. For project engagements, payment details are included in the engagement letter.
